Making Kiosks Design Better for Customers
The kiosks design has a lot of influence as to whether or not people will be drawn to the kiosk. These places need to be designed in a way that it is easy for the customer to get to the payment point and to find anything that they are looking for. The design should be neat and uncomplicated but with enough space to display all of the items without looking cramped. Sometimes it is difficult to do this but kiosks look much better when they look like there is enough space. There can be more space made when a touch monitor is used because they are smaller machines at the payment point.
